This is done in a group of up to 15 clients, depending on the age group and topic, catering to corporate or schools. Groups may seem intimidating initially, but it's a support network and the feeling of not being alone can be found here.

You do not need drawing skills, as this is not an art class, it is to increase mental, spiritual, and physical connection with yourself; while focusing on the processing and feeling of your artwork, so you could build awareness, resilience, and other coping skills.
